Inspired by my past cookie-baking pandemic project in 2020 and affinity for baking, I’m hosting a series of pop-up bake sales across the cities I love.

I hosted the first one on 12/30/2023 in Miami, FL at a local coffee shop. The recipes on the menu featured ingredients inspired by my upbringing in Miami — from guava shortbread cookies to cinnamon corn muffins (my grandma’s recipe).

The planning of this event (and events to come) consisted of extensive budgeting, event planning, baking, aesthetic curation, and marketing my products through my social media platforms.

I sold out of nearly everything and even miraculously turned a profit!
